Opposition of Tbilisi City Hall does not hope that Nata Nazghaidze"s case will be investigated.

Georgian Young Lawyers Association (GYLA) as well as opposition representatives have appealed to the Prosecutor"s Office with request to launch investigation.

"Despite the fact that we do not have much trust in the court, we are still trying to protect all the procedures and to demand that Namsaidze"s family be deprived of this property and it will be returned to Tbilisi ," said the member of the Tbilisi City Hall"s faction United National Movement, Marina Datukishvili.

Mamuka Akhvlediani, chairperson of the faction Movement for Freedom- Tbilisi notes that the government has handed one-million Gel property to the Judge Nazghaidze"s family unlawfully.
