General -Major of the Russian Armed Forces Marat Kulakhmetov is expected in Tskhinvali as a diplomat . Vladimir Puti appointed him as Russia`s ambassad in the occup ied region.

The head of Russian peacekeeping forces since 2004 ,Marat Kulakhmetov was personally controlling Russian units during the Russian-Georgian war in 2008. on his so-called the Opposition perceives Putin`s decision on his appointment as a continuation of annexation and believes that the government is inadequately active on the international arena.

Experts think that by this fact Russia has taken another step towards annexation of occupied Tskhinvali.

General- Mayor Kulakhmetov passed a short path before becoming a diplomat . According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, he has been Sergei Lavrov`s advisor for the last few years and has the rank of attache.
