Chairperson of the Court of Appeal leaves the post. Valeri Tsertsvadze has released a statement . According to him, the reason is a court case linked to the company "I Plus" and explains that he does not want anyone to have questions in regard to this process and his position.

" Interests of the court and judges are for me much more important then my position. Consequently, in order to avoid any doubts or questions in connection with this case, I believe that would be appropriate to leave the Court of Appeals and continue to implement functions of the Chairman of the Chamber of Criminal Law ,"- is said in the statement.
