Personal Data Protection Agency will study the fact of registering voters at polling stations

The parliamentary majority does not see violations in counting of the voters by their observers at polling stations. The Chairman of the Parliament considers that the ordinary mobilization was carried out and thus the law was not violated.

Unlike the ruling team, the intenational observers have different impression. The head of the most authoritative organization - OSCE said on October 22 that the
using personal data of the voters was unacceptable and every citizen must decide independently whether to vote or not.

Members of the National Movement say that the coordinators forced voters to go to ballot boxes, which had a serious impact on the election results.

Minister of Justice. Tea Tsulukiani says that the law will change and in the future the will of the electorate in this form will not be affected bu the nongovernmental sector does not believe in this promise as according to them, the government has given similar promises many times.

The personal data protection inspector is going to study these facts.
