The Tbilisi City Court dismissed all three persons detained on the territory of the subway station "300 Aragveli". They only received a warning.

Father and son Vazha and Vano Khachiashvili and Tornike Kalaani were detained yesterday by police for minor hooliganism.

The family members of the detainees blamed policemen for abuse of power. The video footage depicting their detention was spread on the Internet. The decision of the court is related to this video.
