Court of Appeal dismissed suit of Labor Party

The Court of Appeal dismissed the suit of the Labor Party.

The Labor Party objected to the decision of the first instance, according to which the applicant was denied access to the violations revealed in the election process.
It is about the case registered in Isani polling station No 38 where as the Labor Party claimes, instead of Georgian citizens living abroad other persons voted illegally.

According to Marina Tsutskiridze, lawyer of the Labor Party, the court allowed the chairmen of the precincts in the upcoming elections to expel the party representatives without any justification.
