On March 11-12, the trial in Batumi City Court was held on Batumi unrests. The court listened to three witnesses presented by the defense.Today`s trial was attended only by the accused Merab Ghoghoberidze.

The next court process will be held on December 2. The court will still listen the defense side, after which the parties will say the final word and the judge will pass judgment.
