Consultations on structural changes are still underway

The parliamentary majority is likely to be having consultations regarding structural changes. Consultations are attended by the Prime Minister and the Head of the State Security Service.

The main cause of disagreement in the majority is the merger of the security and intelligence services and abolishing of the Ministry of Environment.

Leader of the parliamentary majority, member of the Georgian Dream faction, Archil Talakvadze, who is not attending today"s meeting, says that the joint decision will be brought before the parliament at the next session .

"The package of government changes has already been initiated in the Parliament. Yesterday the session started to discuss it . Of course, additional consultations will be made between the Chairman of the Parliament and the Prime Minister. We will come out with a single decision on the next session, "Archil Talakvadze said.
