Apartment exploded in Kutaisi due to gas leakage

One of the apartments in the residential building in Kutaisi exploded due to gas leakage. The incident happened at Nikea Street late last night. At that time one elderly lady was in the house. She was taken to hospital.

Other flats have not been destroyed as a result of the explosion.

Why the natural gas had accumulated causing the explosion, is unknown yet.
