One person was detained on charges of premeditated murder of 19-year-old David Toryishvili. According to Natia Mezvrishvili, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, one person has been detained on charges of premeditated murder and five individuals are detained for not reporting the crime.

The investigation revealed that the detainee had wounded Davit Toriashvili by a gun and a cold weapon on the basis of a confrontation and threw body in the river Mtkvari in order to hide the crime.

According to Mezvrishvili, people who knew about it have not cooperated with the investigation.
