Otar Abesadze"s trial will continue with the investigation of theevidence of the defense side. The lawyer is going to present a new conclusion regarding the health of the defendant at the hearing, which, according to him, should be the basis for the non-detention as a preventive measure.

Otar Abesadze plans to attend the trial despite the health condition. Due to his health condition, the defense has twice requested the bail instead of custodial detention but in vain.
