The Poti Drama Theater has cancelled all planned performances and events. A ceiling of the building collapsed yesterday.

Team members believe that it is dangerous to work in the building. The theatre was opened in 2014 and already is in poor condition.
"I think that the case is more complicated, there are mistakes in construction, so it should be reconstructed. I do not know how it will be managed, but the fact is that it needs to be done., "- says Davit Mgebrishvili, the Art Director of the Poti theatre.

The theatre troupe requires the conclusion of the expertise on the safety of the building and urgent rehabilitation.
