Vladimer Janjgava"s lawyer responds to allegations of founder of "Badagoni"

Vladimer Janjgava"s lawyer respondsto the accusations of the founder of "Badagoni" that Davit Bezhuashvili and Russian citizen Vladimer Janjghava are fighting against the founder in order to seize the company. Janjgava"s lawyer says that accusations of Giorgi Salakaia, a founder of "Badagoni" are lies.

Based on Vladimer Janjgava"s application, a criminal case was launched regarding the shares in Badagoni. Employees of the Ministry of Finance are conducting investigative activities.

According to Janjghava"s lawyer, Imeda Dvaladze, Janjgava`s company has invested over 20 million investments over the years in "Badagoni". According to the lawyer,greement signed with Giorgi Salaka in 2014 on transfer of 100% of share is formal.
