Receiving asylum for Georgian citizens abroad will become more difficult- Ministry of Foreign Affairs

"Despite the fact that a citizen will ask for asylum, he will still be returned to our country because it is considered to be a safe country," Deputy Foreign Minister Vakhtang Makharoblishvili said on the issue of visa liberalization.

According to the deputy minister, certain restrictions will be initiated in order not to damage the country.

According to Makharoblishvili,receiving shelter for Georgian citizens will become complicated in order to avoid the mechanism of suspension of visa liberalization.
