The Ministry of Justice has completed working on the new Code of Enforcement.

The package of legislative amendments was discussed at the session of the Inter-Agency Coordination Council on Implementation of Private Law Reform.

According to project initiators, the new Code of Enforcement establishes an entirely new system, distinguishing the rights and obligations of the participants in the enforcement process, simplifies the enforcement process and reduces its timelines.

"We offer to create a Chamber of Enforcement and no longer will have a state executive and private executive agencies in the country. All enforcement agencies will be subject to the same fair regulation, "- said Justice Minister Tea Tsulukiani.
