The fight of the cadets has not passed without leaving a trace and after 100 years we are recalling their contribution on the land of the independent and free Georgia , - President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili said in Tabakhmela.
He laid wreath on the memorial of the cadets in Tabakhmela and once again spoke about their merits.
"Every year we are here to pay honor to the heroes fallen for Georgia"s independence. My grandfather Datiko Tatishvili died in this fight and I recall his name too when I am here. It is important that their fight has not passed without leaving a trace and after 100 years we are recalling their contribution on the land of the independent and free Georgia. This is really a victory, "- the president said.
