The first session on Eka Mishveladze"s case held at the Court of Appeals

A hearing on the case of Eka Mishveladze, who had been dismissed from the GPB was held at the Court of Appeals today.
The panel of judges heard the positions of the parties at today"s trial. The Public Broadcaster appeals the City Court, which has partly satisfied Mishveladze"s suit.

The City court ruled out that Eka Mishveladze"s dismissal was illegal and ordered the GPB to pay a compensation.
Eka Mishveladze demands compensation for the moral damage caused by discrimination. The next session was scheduled for April 19.
