Charges to people detained for an attack on Rustavi 2 journalists are officially made at the moment.

Reportedly the investigation is underway under the three articles of the criminal law, which imply violence, intentional damage to someone"s item and a group hooliganism. All three articles envisage imprisonment.

The lawyer of t Georgian March states that the Ministry of Internal Affairs made a political decision when they started criminal prosecution. Tsira Javakhishvili is sure that members of "Georgian March" have not committed violence.
