In Kemerovo , Russia , the number of people killed in the fire has risen to 48. 16 people are missing. Most of the victims and the missing are children. 47 injured in hospital.

According to the current information, the fire has already been liquidated in the city"s shopping and entertainment center. Firefighters were trying to extinguish the fire during 18 hours. Over 600 firefighters were mobilized on the spot. The fire broke out in the shopping center yesterday evening. A criminal case was launched regarding the incident. The owner of the shopping center is detained.
