An initiative of Ana Dolidze, the non-judge member of the Justice Council will be discussed at the today"s session. The initiative concerns lifetime judges.

Dolidze believes that in the process of selection, the decisions of the Strasbourg Court in regard to the cases considered by these judges should be taken into consideration.
According to Ana Dolidze, it will be one of the criteria for selection of judges.

"Precedents of European Court are ignored in the process of selection of judges," - said Anna Dolidze.
