Demonstration at parliament - according to MIA, drivers can move on through parallel streets of Rustaveli avenue

Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia has released a statement regarding the protest rally at the Parliament.

The statement says that the division of the law enforcement forces will ensure the protection of public order.

According to the Ministry, the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will take care of conducting a rally as a democratic process in a peaceful and fair manner, following the principles of freedom of expression.

Due to the rally Rustaveli Avenue and adjacent streets are blocked. The drivers will be able to move on parallel to Rustaveli avenue streets.
