A 23-year-old youngster died in a car accident in front of the American Embassy in Dighomi.
According to eyewitnesses, the man was driving a motorcycle and crashed into two cars.
The 23-year-old man died at the scene.
Investigation into the incident has been launched under the part 5 of Article 276 .
