The CEC has discussed the use of disciplinary liability measures against DEC members - the decision has not been satisfied by the claim of "Fair Elecions" on the grounds that the elections have already been completed.
The case concerns about 60 DEC members who did not signed the summary protocol in the appropriate place. The CEC inquiry started on the basis of the NGO complaint.
