The lawyer Beka Basilaia who was expelled from the trial on the so-called jacket case . challenged the decision of the judge.
The lawyer blames Badri Kochlamazashvili in bias and fulfilling political orders.
Mikheil Saakashvili and Teimuraz Janashia are accused of abusing a large amount of budget funds. It is about embezzlement of about 9 million GEL.
