The European People"s Party Assembly is held in Brussels. One of the main issues discussed at the meeting of Europe"s biggest political family has been the elections in Georgia.
The Assembly session was attended by influential German politician Doris Pack, who is the current chairwoman of the European People"s Party Women"s Organization and former member of the European Parliament.
She spoke at the closed session of the European People"s Party Political Party and talked about the presidential elections held in Georgia.Doris Pack was in Georgia before the presidential election and personally observed the pre-election environment.She said in an interview with Courier that there was no fair and free presidential election in Georgia. According to her, the governing authorities have used a lot of tricks before the elections, in order to bribe the voters.
