Catholicos Patriarch of Georgia visited the Memorial of April 9. Catholicos Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II prayed for the souls of the dead.
The President of Georgia also came to honor the souls of those killed .30 years have passed since the Russian military brutally attacked peaceful anti-Soviet rally. 21 people lost their lives for independence, more than 2000 people were injured and poisoned.
