City Court suspended a hearing of case regarding fight on royal title

A fight for the non-existing royal title - The case has been suspended substantially by the City Court.

The civil dispute was about unauthorized use of the royal family name of Georgia.The historians , invited by Ana Bagration-Gruzinsky"s lawyer should be questioned and should confirm that only Nugzar Bagration-Gruzinski has the right to use the royal name.

It is unknown what was the reason of refusal of three judges.

Davit Bagrationi Mukhrani"s lawyer, Levan Chkheidze is satisfied with the decision of the judges.
