Former chief lawyer of Rustavi 2 Tamta Muradashvili believes that the prosecution charged Nika Gvaramia with political motives. According to her, the charges filed against the former director-general of the broadcasting company are unfounded. According to Tamta Muradashvili, now that Nika Gvaramia is no longer the director of the TV station, the authorities have decided to attack him.
“The accusation is politically motivated because the authorities do not like Nika Gvaramia and this is just political revenge against him. Nika Gvaramia is no longer the director of Rustavi 2 and they decided to finally attack him, ”Tamta Muradashvili said.
