Sailors released from Libya returning to Georgia

Sailors released from Libya will return to Georgia today. They arrived in Istanbul yesterday, late at night, where they were met by the representative of Georgia, the Vice-Consul of Consulate General.
Two Georgian sailors, the Captain of REX, Genadi Komakhidze, and his assistant Roman Kakaladze, detained under the Tanzanian flag, in Libya on August 30, 2017, were released from custody on December 17.
