Salome Zourabichvili has hosted Vazha Gaprindashvili and his family at Orbeliani Palace and congratulated him on his release.

The President congratulated the doctor and his family on the coming New Year and wished him success in his professional activities.

“The public had been looking forward to your release from prison. This fact has given us hope for the future. I would like to emphasized the importance of the involvement of the international community and thank all those who contributed to your release”, - said the President to Vazha Gaprindashvili.
