According to the Civil Aviation Agency of Georgia, the restrictions on air travel extended until May 22.

“We would like to inform you that the restrictions on regular air travel has been extended till May 22.

We already notified the airlines that operate regular flights to Georgia.

The decision on the restoration of regular air traffic will be made in accordance with the situation in terms of COVID-19 spread worldwide and in Georgia. The recommendations of the health agencies are taken into account.

Due to the current situation, we urge citizens to refrain from purchasing flight tickets until the date of the return of regular air traffic is announced through official sources”, - reads the statement of the Civil Aviation Agency.
