The officers of Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-investigative activities detained D.A. (DoB 1987) in Tbilisi for domestic violence and cultivation of drug containing plants. Committed crime envisages from 2 to 5 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on the basis of conflict, verbally and physically assaulted his sister and mother. Investigation also established that D.A. cultivated illegal, drug containing plants.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of domestic violence and illegal cultivation of drug containing plants, crime envisages under the article 1261 and 265 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
