Police detained G.G. (DoB 2001) in Gori for disclosure of information on personal life, Coercion into other act of sexual nature and lewd act. Committed crime envisages from 9 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that detainee contacted M.B. (DoB 2010) through “Facebook” account and sent her text messages and photos of sexual character on which the under aged female responded. Later, detainee threatened M.B. to publish their correspondence through social network and on the basis of the mentioned, forced her to take more photos and video materials of sexual character, which was later sent to him.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of disclosure of information on personal life, coercion into other act of sexual nature and lewd act, crime envisaged under the article 139, IV part, sub-paragraph “B”, article 141, II part, sub-paragraph “F” and article 157, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
