"Lelo" accuses the Constitutional Court of pursuing the interests of the government

The political union “Lelo for Georgia” accuses the Constitutional Court of pursuing the interests of the government.

Party representatives Ana Natsvlishvili and Kakha Kozhoridze are talking about the case of Bachana Shengelia, who recently applied to the court.

“Lelo” thinks that the decision of the Constitutional Court to discuss the issue with 9 judges instead of 4 is political, because the majority of the judges pursue the interest of the Georgian Dream.
