"Rustavi 2"was preparing to hold a concert in Kutaisi on July 18, but by the decision of the local municipality the concert will not take place tomorrow.

"Courier" crew arrived at the City Hall to receive additional information but security guards did not allowed them to meet either the mayor or his deputy.

As the "Courier" crew was told by security guards, the Mayor was holding morning meetings, while his deputy was not in the office.
