There is no Russian law, said the first deputy chairman of the legal affairs committee of the Parliament and member of the parliamentary majority.

“There is no Russian law. There is no need to recall anything. This is European legislation, it concerns only transparency and nothing more”, - added David Matikashvili.

The discussion of the draft law “On Transparency of Foreign Influence” has started in the legislature. The project submitted by the Georgian Dream faction is being considered by the Legal Affairs Committee today.
