The Supreme Court upheld the decision of the Court of Appeals regarding the expert Levan Chachua on Zhvania case . He was acquitted in all three instances.

The information was released by Chachua`s lawyer on hs facebook page - Giorgi Pantsulaia said that the Supreme Court did not accept the prosecution`s suit for consideration and upheld the decison of the Court of Appeals.

Chachua was accused of negligence and issuing a wrong conclusion in the case of Zhvania and Raul Usupov deaths.
