Six MPs from the City Council are at the Tbilisi city Hall. They wanted to ask questions to the Mayor, because Davit Narmania refuses to go to the City council himself.

The representatives of the opposition were not allowed to enter the building.

According to them the mayor violated the law, when handed a compensation to the Judge Nazghaidze"s family. Marika Datukishvili, a member of United national Movement states that Davit Narmania violates the law.
" Davit Narmania does not have the right to issue the order and make a full mobilization of the security service. I do not know what scared him. he is afraid of the City Council members and you can imagine how is he afraid of voters ,"- said Marika Datukishvili.
