Aleko Elisashvili, the independent member of Tbilisi City Council accuses Tbilisi Mayor of violation of law. He states that none of employees have a right not to allow City Council Members to enter the building.

"Violation of the law continues. The state life is ignored. The State is governed by rules and laws and the law says that we should enter freely.
That man settled in Sololaki should come out and tell us that the state has been abolished, laws are canceled,"- said Aleko Elisashvili.
