One of the former founders of TV company Rustavi 2 - Davit Dvali expresses his claims on Rustavi2 and states that he is not going to depend on Kibar Khalvashi"s good will. According to him an agreement with Kibar Khalvashi and the former founders will take place only if the interest of both sides will be taken into account.

" There were some signs from Kibar Khalvashi that he is ready to agree on compromise. We have said that if we agree peacefully and accept the proposal, we will not continue litigation. Our goal is not to hand television to Kibar Khalvashi. It should be returned to its founders.
