Paata Salia, Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer comments on an announcement of Rustavi2"s former owners- Davit Dvali and Jarji Akimidze, according to which the broadcasting company should be returned to his founders and not to Kibar Khalvashi.

As Salia states. he is not aware about the agreement between Dvali. Akimidze and Khalvashi, However knows that there is an agreement on Rustavi2.

" We did not discuss this issue with Kibar Khalvashi yesterday or day before yesterday. I don"t know whether anything has changed. I think that nothing has changed, but I"m not Kibar Khalvashi and I do not make decisions on such issues, therefore theoretically nothing is ruled out,"- said Paata Salia.
