Supreme Court rendered decision on "Rustavi 2" case

The Supreme Court has issued a decision on Rustavi 2 case. A nine-judge Grand Chamber started the hearing of the 12 am today. The consideration without oral hearing was held behind closed doors.

The Supreme Court has is officially published its decision on the official web site.According to the decision 100 percent of shares was given to Kibar Khalvashi.
