"Rustavi 2" lawyers will send additional documentation to Strasbourg

In a few hours "Rustavi 2" lawyers will send to Strasbourg the required additional documentation for extending the suspension mechanism.
Among the documents is a report of US Department of State, the staements of the President of Georgia, non-governmental organizations, political parties and media representatives.

The documents include the lawyers` substantiated position regarding the importance of suspending the execution of the Supreme Court decision.

The European Court received a decision on temporary suspension mechanism for the period until March 8. a few days ago.
