"This is another clear indication of what the situation with justice is in Georgia," - this is how the executive secretary of the Free Democrats, Levan Samushia assesses the visit of Foreign Minister to Strasbourg.

Levan Samushia also criticized Kibar Khalvashi`s visit to Strasbourg. He claims to the third party in the Strasbourg court practice is usually the third sector.

According to Samushia, the Strasbourg court`s decision is an unprecedented act and he hopes that on March 8 after the suspension period will be extended.
