Kibar Khalvashi`s lawyer ssesses as "unprecedented fact" the decision of the European Court on Rustavi 2 case.

Paata Salia said that the European Court"s decision was not unexpected. According to the lawyer, the details of the extension of the suspension decisions will be announced later.

"I do not rule out that, as the Court has already stopped the execution there was a chance to leave the decision in force. At this stage, is suspended until further notice, therefore we will be waiting for the completion of the process. The court this decision to eliminate the threats but we do not know what threats they meant and what was the motivation of the decision-making process of the Court. Perhaps we will learn more later, when reasoned decision regarding the continuation of the suspension is publicized, "- said Paata Salia.
