The Synod meets today for the first time after the so-called Cyanide noisy case. The Synod members will allegedly discuss the issue of detained Father Giorgi Mamladze and the situation in the Patriarchate. The Synod meeting will be held at 12:00.

A day before the meeting of the Synod, the chief prosecutor disclosed the evidence on the case and released the secret recordings.
