The interrogation of Father Giorgi Mamladze may be held in parallel to the meeting of the Holy Synod, but the lawyers have not yet received any notification.

The lawyer of the arrested cleric says that Father Giorgia is ready to testify, despite the fact that according to the defendant`s claim, the prosecution presented distorted facts at the briefing yesterday.

Mamladze`s lawyer demands to publicise the full version of the secret record.

"Giorgi Mamaladze is ready to testify. There is only the technical side. Both sides need to agree on a day and time. As for the shown evidence, the only purpose was to mislead the public and cover ther illegal actions and as there is the meeting of the Holy Synod, this was a message that do not dare to go any further, w will not step back "- says Giorgi Pantsulaia.
