Synod meets for the first time after the so-called Cyanide Case. The high ranking clergy has already started to arrive to the Patriarchate. However they have not made any comments for media.

Members of Synod will discuss Deacon Giorgi Mamaladze"s detainment and the situation at the Patriarchate.

One day before the sitting the Prosecutors" Office disclosed main evidences on the Cyanide Case.
The sitting of Synod will start at 12:00.
