Giorgi Abashishvili, a Head of the President"s Administration comments on Irakli Kobakhidze"s letter in which the Parliament"s Chairman criticizes the President for meeting, scheduled for March 10 which will serve as a public discussion on the constitution.

" They have added one more threat or ban- the president should not speak with people about constitutional issues, guarantor of which is the president himself. This issue does not need comments,"- said Abashishvili.
