170 guests are invited at the Presidential Administration to discuss large scale constitutional changes. Representatives of opposition are between them. However , it is known that the parliamentary majority will not attend the consultations. Due to this decision the opposition speaks about the deliberate attack on the President’s institution.

" Of course the majority continues to attack the President personally and the whole institution,. We have developed a 20-point thesis, maintaining the current constitutional model, "- said the chairman of the political movement- State for People , Nika Machutadze.

Tamar Kekenadze, the Secretary general of Free democrats states that establishment of the Constitutional Commission aimed at at limiting the power of the president.

" The institution of President is the only one, which is not controlled by Bidzina Ivanishvili and Georgian Dream. Therefore they carry out a deliberate attack,"- said Kekenadze.
